Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled service.

Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business. 

Refund Policy

We strive to provide every guest with the highest quality service and experience. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered, open retail products, or gift certificates. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we are happy to make adjustments. We offer a 7-day window from the date of your appointment for any service corrections. Adjustments must be scheduled within this timeframe so we can ensure your hair meets your expectations. 

For retail products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened items. Unopened product may be eligible for exchange at our discretion. 

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for trusting us with your hair.
