Jessica has been in the hair industry for over 12 years. She brings the fun energy to any room she enters, She loves a good hair transformation. Jess is out in house Bridal Specialist. With years of experience creating the perfect look for your big day. She loves a good Netflix documentary. Jess is married to her bestfriend David and is a fur mom to 2 cats and 1 dog.

Karista is a graduate from Rob Roy Academy in Worcester. She is licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. After graduating she started her career at The Strand Hair Salon as a licensed Co-Stylist under the salon owner Danielle. She is fully working behind the chair now and is always accepting new clients. She cannot wait to share her passion for the hair industry with new guests. She also is a competitive horseback rider and can make a great drink. 

Ashley is a licensed cosmetologist and barber with over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her passion lies in coloring, cutting, and styling hair to create beautiful looks for her clients. She takes pride in creating a fun and relaxing environment for her guests, and is excited to invite you into her chair. When she is not at work, she is enjoying the outdoors with family.

Mackenna is a graduate from Ellis Tech’s cosmetology department where she became licensed in her senior year before she graduated. She is currently thriving as a Co-Stylist along side the owner Danielle. She is dedicated to continue learning and improving her craft. Her passion lies in cutting and coloring hair. She loved to work on blonding. When she is not in the salon she can be found with family and friends, soaking up some sun.

Lindsay is an experienced stylist in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. With a strong foundation in cutting and coloring technique, she is dedicated to enhancing her clients natural beauty. Her passion for hair design drives her to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry. When she is not at work she is spending as much time as she can with her husband and kids. 

Sherry is a skilled stylist with specializes in men's haircuts including beard trims, with a strong passion for hair color and styling. She has experience with all hair types. Her dedication to the craft enables her to create personalized looks that enhance each clients natural beauty. She takes pride in fostering an inviting atmosphere for all of her guests, ensuring both new and returning clients feel welcomed and valued.

Danielle has been a hairstylist for over 20 years now. Danielle is also the salon leader and mentor. She has recently started taking recently licensed stylists under her wing as Co-Stylists to show them the ropes of the industry. Danielle thanks Dolly Parton for sparking a dream to be a stylist and own a salon. Steel Magnolia is one of her favorite movies and when she is not in the salon she can be found with her husband, children, and dogs on a good hike or traveling. 

Jessica is an independent stylist with over 20 years of experience behind the chair. Jess has exceptional talent in all the services she provides to her clients. She is a true caretaker to all that are around her. Our favorite gemini, military mama, and realist. When she is not behind the chair she will be found with her family and 5 dogs.

Kelly is an independent stylist with over 15 years of experience behind the chair. She brings artistic talent and understanding to all of her appointments. She is a talented stylist who is in high demand with clients. She thrives in lived in color work and cutting techniques. When she is not behind the chair she will be found with her children and dog Axle. She also has a love of history and hiking. 

Jessie is a highly skilled hairstylist with over 25 years of experience with a focus on color services. With expertise in balayage, blonding services, and lived in color. She has worked on Newbury St in Boston as well as in West Hartford. She is excited to bring her city flair back to the quiet corner. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations. When she isn't behind the chair you will find her with her grandbabies, or working on a DIY project in her home.

Annabelle is our in house esthetician. She runs and owns Beauty By Belle located at The Strand Hair Salon. Annabelle loves making her clients skin glow and creating skincare treatment plans. She is a gentle healer. A visit with Annabelle will be the most serene part of your day. When she isn’t busy saving our skin she’s spending time with her friends and family.
